These changes have been reported since the last update:

CHINA
CNR17 Kazakh prgr. 11630 kHz is off the air.

FRENCH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES
All remaining MW transmitters in French overseas territories have been closed down.

IRAN
R. South Korasan is carried now on Birjand 963 kHz, ex-621 and R. Iran, Birjand has moved to 558 kHz. R. Fars transmitters will be synchronized on 666 kHz. R. Hamadan has moved to 981 kHz, from where R. Iran has moved to 558kHz. 558 kHz will be a nationwide synchronized frequency for R. Iran and many transmitters have already moved there.

KOSOVO
R. Kosovo is reported active again on 549 kHz 10/1 kW.

MOROCCO
SNRT Azilal 207 kHz is inactive, but is expected to return after repairs.

NETHERLANDS
Groot Nieuws Radio plans to close 1008 kHz in September.

PHILIPPINES
DWNX R. Mindanao Network, Naga has started operation on 1611 kHz, 2000v-1300v, but noted lately also with non-stop music overnight.

RUSSIA
R. Sakha other SW frequency 7295 kHz is reported inactive.

SOUTH AFRICA
LM Radio, Welgedacht has started 24h operation on 702 kHz with 50 kW.

UKRAINE
UR1 has a new transmitter in Chasiv Yar, eastern Ukraine: 873 kHz 50 kW 0300-2100.

VANUATU
R. Vanuatu is inactive on 3945 kHz, but 7260 kHz has been operating lately 24h.

ZAMBIA
ZNBS only shortwave transmitter on 5915 kHz is reported inactive.
