These changes have been reported since the last update:
Bangladesh Betar has a new 100 kW transmitter on 819 kHz in Dhaka Savar.
Belarus has closed all LW, MW and SW transmitters.
ČRo Plus has added a 5 kW transmitter in České Budějovice on 1071 kHz.
R. Dechovka will start a 10 kW transmitter in Hradec Kralove on 792 kHz.
RTG has been reported testing on 9650 kHz.
The following stations have been closed: Imphal 4775 & 7335 kHz, Itanagar 4990 & 6150kHz, Kohima 4850 & 6065kHz, Kolkata 4820 & 7210kHz Lucknow 4880 & 7440kHz and Shimla 4860 & 6020kHz. Also the following transmissions on SW from Delhi have been stopped: 0200-0230 & 1215-1430 on 6030 kHz and 1320-0045 on 6155 kHz. On MW Delhi 1017 kHz and Kolkata 1323 kHz have stopped.
PMA The Cross on 4755 kHz has become inactive and may not return on the air.
Hyesan 3920 kHz has reactivated, Wonsan 3968 kHz is inactive.
R. Sakha, Yakutsk has restarted shortwave transmissions in Russian and Yakut as follows: Mon-Fri: 2100-2400, 0300-0500, 0900-1300 and Sat/Sun 2200-0500, 0900-1200 on 7295 kHz 100 kW and 7345 kHz 250 kW.
R. Rossii transmitters Matveyevka 936 kHz and Buguruslan 1395 kHz have been closed.
R. Teos transmitters in St. Petersburg 1089 kHz and Moscow 1134 kHz have been closed.
All MW services in the country are reported to have been shut down for financial reasons.
Warsan Radio, Baydhabo has started operation on 7750 kHz.
On mediumwave only 783 and 1071 kHz are reported active recently.
UR has reactivated Chernivtsy 25 kW on 657 kHz, now with 1st prgr. between 0300-2000.
R. Mykolaiv 1377 kHz has been closed.
R. Vanuatu has reduced hours of transmission to 1830-1015.
Venezuela has reverted to UTC -4h time zone.
